Performing throughout the Midwest in
numerous venues, Pam has participated in
Protestant, Catholic, Jewish, Muslim and
non-denominational weddings as well as
civil ceremonies, hand-fastings, medieval
weddings, and ceremonies which included
the custom of “jumping over the broom”
from slave days when weddings were
outlawed. Pam can provide 30 minutes of
music before the ceremony begins as guests
are being seated, the processional,
recessional and for any optional parts of the
service such as lighting of a Unity
Candle/mixing of sands, roses to mothers,
sign of peace, communion, the offering of
communion elements, visit to Mary, etc. She
also plays for a short time after the ceremony
as guest leave.
